Lucille Ellen Hawkins, age 83, of Ducktown, passed away Sunday, December 5, 2021, at the Pruitt Health, of Blue Ridge. She was born on July 16, 1938 in Beaver Dam, North Carolina, to the late Earl Dilbeck and Ethel Curtis Dilbeck. Lucille retired from Levi Strauss and Company as a seamstress.
