Tyson Smith Jr., age 71, of Townsend, Tennessee, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, January 6, 2022, at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was the son of the late Tyson and Juanita Brown Smith.

Lee Roy Stewart Jr., passed away Thursday, December 9, 2021. He was born December 6, 1963, to Roy Stewart and Imogene McVey Stewart. He was the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Stewart and Rev. and Mrs. Isaac McVey. He was proceeded in death by his parents and grandparents.

Mr. Ioannis “John” Gaitanoglou, age 82, of Blue Ridge, passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2022, in Canton, Georgia. He was born in Greece to the late Sarantos and Evanthia Gaitanoglou. Mr. Gaitanoglou owned and operated the Fannin Inn Restaurant for 32 years.

Francis Delorise Gunter, age 86 of Hiram, Georgia, passed away Monday, January 10, 2022. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Friday, January 14, 2022, at the Carmichael Funeral Home in Marietta, Georgia, with Pastor Jerry Rice officiating. Burial followed in Kennesaw Memorial Park Cemetery.
