Cortney Turner

Cortney Loedicia Turner, age 41, of Blue Ridge, passed away Wednesday, November 24, 2021.

She was born in Polk County, Tennessee, June 19, 1980. Cortney was of the Baptist faith and worked for The Swan Drive-In. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Robert Turner.

Cortney is survived by her son, Steven Glenn Larkin Setser, of Gainesville, Georgia; mother, Suzie Kendall, of Morganton; father, Bill Kendall, of Morganton; siblings, Dawhn Kendall (Anthony Bryant), of Mineral Bluff, Shawn (Stephen) Bradley, of Epworth, Brandi Kendall, of Greenwood, Indiana, and Michelle (Michael) Rigo-Morales, of McCaysville.

Funeral services were conducted Sunday, November 28, 2021, at 2 p.m. from the Akins Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Chan Mitchell officiating. Honorary pallbearers were Christopher Davis, Timothy Bradley, Jonah Bradley, Aaron Bradley, Devan Moore and Kelly Callihan.
