Four students complete GED mission

Instructor Donna Earl retires after 29 years

Donna Earl, who has been an instructor for North Georgia Technical College (NGTC) in partnership with the Fannin Literacy Action Group (FLAG) for the last 29 years, is retiring.

Life sentence includes 30 years in prison

Kevin Joseph Warbington will spend the next 30 years of his life in prison, and when he is released, the rest of his days will be spent on a rigid probation program that includes general and special probation conditions in addition to sex offender conditions.
