Eema’s kitchen filling a need

Eema’s Kitchen, a project of The Heaven Help Us Foundation, Inc., has been serving the Blue Ridge community since its first meal Friday, September 15, 2023. Founded by Mark and Theresa Wollschlager, the private 501(c)(3) charity is run entirely by volunteers.

Animal Control, Cohutta Clinic partner to give free vaccines

Fannin County Animal Control recently brought free pet vaccinations to the Fannin County community thanks to a grant from Petco Love. The first vaccine clinic, organized in partnership with Cohutta Animal Clinic, was held Saturday, September 14, at the clinic.
