Fannin’s ISO rating improves

Fire Chief Larry Thomas told Fannin County commissioners he was happy to give them good news regarding the county’s Insurance Service Office (ISO) rating.

This female Great Dane mix was picked up on Indian Forest in Blue Ridge Thursday, June 17. She is very sweet and has a dark chocolate coat. View her using intake number 195-21. Giving her lovings is Volunteer of the Month Debi Holcomb.

Adopt A Pet

Big and small, Fannin County Animal Control has got them all, or several kinds of dogs anyway. All dogs taken to Animal Control are housed at the facility until being reclaimed or adopted. This past week, nine dogs were taken in, and three were reclaimed. One dog was adopted.

Four students complete GED mission
