A traditional Halloween Safe Zone will not happen this year in the City of Blue Ridge.
Blue Ridge Business Association President Cesar Martinez said, based on Governor Brian Kemp’s most recent executive order, they “can’t have what they normally have,” and are instead looking toward drive-thru, trick-or-treating options.
On October 1, Kemp extended his executive order restricting large, public gatherings through October 15.
Official details of the business association’s plans are expected to be announced within the coming weeks, Martinez said.
