Betty Ellen Cripe, age 96, of Blue Ridge, passed away August 27, 2022. Betty was born December 31, 1925, in Wabash, to the late John Knight and the late Elizabeth Knight. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leon Cripe, and her son, Nicholas Cripe.

Archie Wilson

Jerry “Archie” Reynolds Wilson, age 73, of Blue Ridge passed Tuesday, August 30, 2022. Archie was born November 23, 1948, in Ellijay, Georgia, to his late parents, William Harvey and Rebecca Angeline (Dale) Wilson. Archie was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church in Morganton,  Georgia.

Melinda Passmore

Melinda Passmore, 61, of Blue Ridge, Georgia, passed away Wednesday, August 31, 2022, at her home. Melinda was born January 12, 1961, in St. Louis, Missouri, to the late Jim Mitchell and the late Ann Mitchell. Melinda was preceded in death by her husband, Tim Passmore.

Denny Lugenia (Gina) Pickelsimer, age 74, of Morganton, Georgia, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. Gina was born in Blue Ridge, June 9, 1948, to the late Kenith Jackson Pickelsimer Sr., and Cora Elizabeth Scroggs Pickelsimer Payne.

Tip Cornett

Fred “Tip” Cornett, age 94, of Blue Ridge, passed away, Sunday, August 28, 2022, at his home. He was born January 16, 1928, in Blue Ridge to the late Garner James Cornett and Eula Mae Pless.
