Ernest Scott Millsaps, age 66, of Blue Ridge, passed away Sunday, October 9, 2022, in Cleveland, Tennessee. Ernest was born April 22, 1956, in Copperhill, to the late Eugene Millsaps and the late Betty Hopkins Millsaps. Ernest was preceded in death by his sister, Debbie Chapman.
