Fannin County Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS) Board of Directors Chairman James Jones presents a $4,500 check to Renee Bell, president of the Foster Parent Association, Wednesday, December 9. Beside Jones is Fannin DFCS Director Mark Knowles. The Association raises funds for foster children’s Christmas gifts, yearbooks, class rings, clothes, crutches and other things needed for the children.
