COVID-19 cases continue decline; two more deaths added to total

COVID-19 cases in Fannin County continued their declining trend over the last two weeks while deaths increased from the virus.
According to the Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH), 124 new cases were reported for the two-week period ending Friday, October 1.

City residents who are registered to vote in the city may go to city hall at 480 West First Street between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. to cast their votes for mayor and the five council seats.
