Voting continues as polls to open June 9 in Fannin

Fannin County voters can continue casting their ballots early this week or travel to the polls for election day Tuesday, June 9, to select their choices for the Presidential Preference Primary (PPP), General Voter 2020 Primary Election and Nonpartisan General Election.

McCaysville falling short $439,000

  The McCaysville City Council discussed a revenue shortfall of $439,225.19 during a work session Thursday, May 28.  “I decreased the administrative budget, as much as I could decrease it, from $234,259 to $202,439,” City Clerk Nancy Godfrey said.
