Thomas J. “Tommy” Klein, age 62, of Blue Ridge, passed away Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at Fannin Regional Hospital. Tommy was born April 27, 1959, in Atlanta, to the late John C. Klein and Florence Stos Klein. Tommy enjoyed fishing and hunting along with telling tall tales.

Mrs. Dorothy Cecelia Puckett Cox, better known as “Dottie,” age 89, of Blue Ridge, passed away Saturday, September 18, 2021, at her home in Blue Ridge. She was born in Flushing, Queens, New York, to the late Robert Gaither and Angelina Marie Pelosi Puckett.

Jerry Calvin Lord, age 75, of Morganton, passed away September 22, 2021, in Blue Ridge. He was born September 1, 1946, at his life-long home in Morganton. Jerry was the son of the late Frank Lord and the late Ruby Hayes Lord.

Patsy Queen

Patsy Queen, age 75, of Kalispell, Montana, passed away at her home due to an extended fight with cancer complicated recently by COVID-19. She was a lifelong Blue Ridge native until this past February.

Harlen Gregory Cole, age 41, of Blue Ridge, passed away Friday, September 24, 2021, in Blue Ridge. Mr. Cole was born March 8, 1980, in Pontiac, Michigan, to the late Frank Cole and the late Jackie Barnett Cole. Gregory enjoyed being in the outdoors, fishing and gaming.

Ralph Edwin Watson, age 71, of Epworth, passed away Wednesday, September 22, 2021, in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He was born June 22, 1950, to the late Delmar A. Watson and Lois Keener Watson. Edwin was a member of Hipps Chapel Church.

Frazier Clay Ward, age 73, of Blue Ridge, passed away September 18, 2021. He was a member of the Bricklayer and Allied Craftworkers Union in Atlanta. He proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.

Jean Augusta Woodruff, age 90, of Canton, Georgia, passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021, at Heritage Hospice. She was born in West Oneonta, New York, October 7, 1930, to the late John Augustus MaGee and late Pearl Emeretta Sickler. Mrs.
