Ollie Ritchie

Mrs. Ollie Mae Ritchie, age 90, of Epworth passed away Sunday, August 28, 2022, at Blue Ridge Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Mrs. Ritchie was born in Fannin County July 28, 1932, to the late Harrison and Minerva Jones Davenport.

She was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, George W. Ritchie, and a son, Danny Ritchie.

She is survived by her son, Bennie Ritchie of Epworth, and her daughter, Sheila (David) Patterson of Asheville, North Carolina. She also leaves behind two grandchildren and one great grandchild.

A graveside service was held Wednesday, August 31, 2022, at 11 a.m. from the Milsaps Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Scott Graves officiating.

Pallbearers were Bennie Ritchie, Eric Welch, Larry Goss, Kevin Franklin, Jeff Johnson, and Tommy Payne. Roger Ritchie served as an honorary pallbearer.
