Joyce Pinson

Joyce Ann Pinson, age 70, of Blue Ridge, passed away Thursday, February 17, 2022, after an extended illness.

She was born October 28, 1951, in Ellijay, Georgia. Mrs. Joyce Pinson was called home to be with the Lord and loved ones gone on before. She was owner and operator of Mountain Ranger Military Surplus for the past 20 years.  Mrs. Pinson was a warm and loving person to all.  She enjoyed flea marketing, weekends by the pool with all the kids and building long lasting friendships with her Mountain Ranger Surplus customers. Mrs. Pinson will be remembered for her smiling face and unforgettable fire truck laugh.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Pinson; father, Paul Wright; and mother, Barbara Wright.

Survivors are son, Chris Pinson,of Blue Ridge; daughter and son-in-law, Stacy (Alan) Stafford, of Blue Ridge; brother, James Wright, of Ellijay; sister, Connie O’Neal, of Ellijay; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Sheila and Bill Kyle, of Mineral Bluff; grandchildren, Tiffany (Scott) Sebek, Ashley Guthrie and Christian Guthrie; and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Her wishes were to be cremated and no services are planned.
