John Davenport

John Davenport, 88, passed away June 19, 2022, in Braselton, Georgia.

He was born September 23, 1933, in Morganton, to the late Herman Davenport and the late Alcie Davenport.

John is survived by his wife, Thelma Davenport, of Tifton, Georgia, and his son, Keith (Gina) Davenport, of Hoschton, Georgia.

John was preceded in death by his brothers, Quinton Davenport and Cline Davenport.

A graveside service was held for John Davenport  Thursday, June 23, 2022, at 2 p.m. from Maple Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

Burial was held at Maple Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Morganton

The family received friends at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home of Blue Ridge Thursday, June 23, 2022, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 pm.
