Jeff Ware

Jeffrey Lee Ware, age 51, of Epworth, passed away Sunday, May 29, 2022 in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

He was born in Polk County, November 12, 1970, to the late Hobert Ware and Ann Earley Ware. Jeff was of the Christian faith.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Carrie Ann Self Ware; and sisters, Missy Ware and Donna Ware.

Jeff is survived by his children and their spouses, Samantha and Blake Carroll and Matthew and Katelynn Ware; grandchildren, Blakelyn Carroll, Aria Ware and Ava Ware; brothers and sisters-in-law, Stacey and Annette Ware and Jason and Amanda Ware; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends also survive.

Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, June 1, 2022, at 2 p.m. from the Akins-Cobb Blue Ridge Chapel with Brother Mike Jarrett and Brother Jeremiah Jarrett officiating.

Music was provided by Brian Nicholson.

Interment followed in the Bethel Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Matthew Ware, Jason Ware, Stacey Ware, Dustin Ware, Jake Ware, Melvin Jarrett and Blake Carroll.

Honorary pallbearers were Ronnie Jarrett, Harold Jarrett, Donnie Jarrett and Ethan Price.
