Deborah Dockery

Deborah Elaine Ayers Dockery, age 59, of Ellijay, Georgia, passed away Sunday, November 17, 2019, in Gainesville, Georgia. Mrs. Dockery was born February 7, 1960, to Sue Ayers and Leon Powers. She was Administrator, Director of Women’s Ministry, and a member of World Harvest Church North. Deborah loved singing, her church family, and writing, proofreading and editing. She was preceded in death by her sister, Robin Sellers.

Survivors include her husband, Asa Dockery; mother, Sue Anderson; and sons, Stephen Dockery and wife Dana Dockery, Michael Dockery and Benjamin Dockery and wife Sarah Dockery. 

Funeral services were held Saturday, November 23, 2019, at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home with Robin Bertram officiating. Interment followed in Chastain Memorial Park Cemetery.
