Mrs. Debbie Jean Bain, age 64, of Notla Winds Circle, Blairsville, formerly of Murphy, North Carolina and Epworth, passed away on Sunday November 10, 2019, at her home following extended heart related complications.
Mrs. Bain was born on August 11, 1955, daughter of the late Billy H. Clark and the late Willa Mae Beavers. Debbie was very family-oriented, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and was a mother to all. Debbie was of the Christian faith being a warrior of God leading many people to walk the path of Christianity. Debbie was part of multiple churches, a leader in Women’s Aglow meetings, teacher and nurse. Debbie could be found at anytime watching the river from her back porch or reading her Bible.
Surviving Mrs. Bain is her loving husband and best friend of 41 years, James Robert Bain of Blairsville; son and daughter-in-law, Alan and Maria Bain of Jasper, Georgia; daughter Lisa Stewart of Copperhill, daughter Ashley Bain of Peachtree, North Carolina; son and daughter-in-law Sean andNikita Bain of Murphy, North Carolina; a daughter Savannah Bain of Blairsville; a brother Billy Clark of Nantahala, North Carolina; 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren also survive.
No services are planned at this time. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Debbie’s memory.
