Cheryl Hixson

Mrs. Cheryl Ann Hixson, age 56, of Blue Ridge, pass away February 9, 2022m at North East Georgia Medical Center.

Mrs. Hixson was born December 23, 1965, in Newark, New Jersey, to the late Louis John D’Alessio and the late Mary Ann Gamba. She was preceded in death by father, Louis John D’Alessio; mother, Mary Ann D’Alessio; and grandchild, Mason Howard.

Survivors include: husband, Quinn Hixon; daughter, Samantha Jo (Brandon) Cathings; son, Quinn Lewis Hixson III; sisters, Judy, Maria (Jerry) Proetto; grandchildren, Lilly Catchings, Addison Catchings, Bryce Catchings, Marcus Bezio, Maverick Bezio, Wyatt Casey, Alexis Sloan and Ethan Hixson; and god-mother, Karen Sloan.

Funeral services were conducted Monday February 21, 2022, at 3 p.m. in the Finch-Cochran Funeral Home Chapel.

The family will receive friends at the Finch-Cochran Funeral Home, of McCaysville, Monday, February 21, 2022, from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m.
