Mr. Billy Gene Parr, affectionately known as “Bill,” age 70, passed away December 21, 2019.
Survivors include his loving wife, Patricia Ann Parr of the home; two daughters, Tina (Allen) King of Morganton and Karen Parr of Blue Ridge; two brothers and sisters-in-law, James and Sandy Parr of Lawrenceville, Georgia, and Jerry and Afreen Parr of Gainesville, Georgia; one sister, Cathy Mahon of Blue Ridge; three grandchildren, Isaiah Patterson, Justin Patterson and Gracie King; and many other relatives and friends also survive.
Funeral services were conducted Friday, December 27, 2019, from the Akins Funeral Home Chapel.
