Benny Nichols

Benny Ray Nichols, 69, of Mineral Bluff, passed away Sunday, May 15, 2022, at his home in Mineral Bluff.

Benny was born September 15, 1952, in Cumming, Georgia, to the late Doyle Nichols and the late Myrtle Nichols.

Benny loved to hunt, fish, tell stories, enjoyed retirement and his time with his grandchildren. He will be missed by his family and all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Doyle Nichols; and mother, Myrtle Nichols.

He is survived by his son, Alan (CJ) Nichols; daughter, Tracy Scruggs; sister, Claudine (Jim) Nordhues; brother-in-law, Haskel McQueen; grandchildren, Brittany (Jeffrey) Nicholson, Lindsey (Brandon) Chastain and Katie Marie Chastain; and great-grandchildren, Danica Nicholson, DaLayna Nicholson, Charlie Chastain and Spencer Chastain.
