Becky Broyles

Elizabeth “Becky” Green Cole Broyles, age 60, of Epworth, passed away Monday, March 21, 2022, at her home.

She was born June 9, 1961, in Michigan to the late Cleaston Green Sr. and Mary Thomas Postell Green. Becky was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church, and she enjoyed crocheting, traveling, riding through the mountains and playing Pokemon. She was preceded in death by her son, Josh Cole; sister, Marilyn Elsie Jeffreys; and brother, Darryl Thomas Green.

Survivors include her daughter, Hannah Broyles; step-daughter, Lynn (Jerimey) Wilson; brother, C.J. (Sherry) Green; grandchildren, Kimberly Benefield, Allie Wilson and Tyler Wilson; great-grandchild, Jolene Logan; nieces, Amy (Chad) Green Mason, Danielle and Maria Jeffreys; and great-niece, Kennedy Mason.

Graveside services were held Thursday, March 31, 2022, at 3:30 p.m. at the Welcome Hill #2 Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Jeff Fair officiating. Pallbearers were Jerimey Wilson, Tylor Wilson, C.J. Green, Chad Mason and Justin Benefield.

The family received friends at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home, of Blue Ridge, Thursday, March 31, 2022, 1 p.m. until 3 p.m.

Arrangements were entrusted to the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home, of Blue Ridge.
