Ruth H. Rowe, “Pastor Ruth,” peacefully succumbed to her condition and passed away at her home Friday, May 21, 2021.
She is survived by her spouse, Donnie “Blackfox” Kindred; stepdaughter, Lacey Manning; her mother, Dorathy Hannaford; brothers, Tom and John Hannaford; granddaughter, Maria; and her nieces and nephews.
Her ministry was far reaching and touched many.
