Geralene Tallent

Mrs. Geralene Bernice Norton Tallent, age 85, of Chatsworth, Georgia, passed away Saturday, November 6, 2021, at her residence.

Geralene gave her life and love to Jesus Christ August 10, 1977.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernest Alvin Tallent; daughter, Carolyn Ann Holland; grandson, Davey Christopher Holland; granddaughter, Selena June Holland; and parents, Hannon and Edith Norton.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Alan and Holly Tallent of Chatsworth; daughters and son-in-law, Cheryl Tallent of Chatsworth, Lisa Craig of Chatsworth, and Susan and John Garner of Dalton, Georgia; grandchildren, Hope and Clyde Bowling, Jeremy Conliff, Heather Tallent, Joshua Tallent, Corey Craig, and LeeAnn and Chris McClure; great-grandchildren, Avery McClure, Jeremy (Tater) Conliff, LaBron Bowling, Christian Bowling, and Justin and Ashley Bowling; special cousin, Reba Tallent.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Geralene Bernice Norton Tallent were held Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Green and Rev. Tony Robinson officiating. Interment was held at the Center Valley Cemetery.

The family received friends at the funeral home Monday, November 8, 2021.
