The Fannin County High School Lady Rebels took a 42-35 road win over North Murray Saturday, February 10, to end regular season play.
The Lady Rebels trailed by as many as 11 points before rallying back into the game trailing 22-13 at halftime.
Fannin came back in the third quarter outscoring North Murray 15-2.
The Lady Rebels controlled the paint, grabbing 39 rebounds.
The Lady Rebels also passed the ball well with 10 assists on 15 made baskets. Fannin blocked seven shots in the game. Sophomore Reese Lewis led the team with 15 points, 10 rebounds and three blocks. Other Lady Rebel scorers were Courtney Davis with 9 points, Izzie Jabaley with 8 points, Callie Ensley and Macy Hawkins with three each and Maggie Ledford and Avi Ethington adding two each.
The win ended the Lady Rebels season with a 16-8 overall record and an 8-4 mark in Region 7AA, putting them in third place.
