The Fannin County Lady Rebels fell short in a region battle against the Murray County Lady Indians 41 to 46 in a road game Tuesday, January 10.
During the first quarter, Reigan O’Neal put in a three and a two for five. Ellie Cook’s three pointer found the back of the net and Macy Hawkins went two for two from the free throw line to add two.
The second quarter saw Cook put in a basket for two and add two free throws. Riley Reeves went two for two from the line for a combined six points for the Lady Rebels.
After the half, Ava Queen put in two threes and Cook put in two free throws for an eight point quarter.
The fourth quarter surge saw 17 points for the Lady Rebels.
Cook put in three three pointers for nine. Courtney Davis put in a basket from the paint and two free throws for four. O’Neal added a basket for two and Callie Ensley went two for two from the free throw line.
