The Lady Rebels volleyball team took a win in three sets over Gilmer Tuesday, September 9.
For the first set, the Lady Rebels won 25-15, 25-17 in the second set, and sealed their win with a score of 25-17. Sophomore Peyton Slone added 16 kills and Maddie Pelfrey served two aces.
The Lady Rebels traveled to Banks County to compete against Banks and East Jackson Thursday, September 7, and brought home two losses.
Head Coach Heather Ades said, “When you love your kids, it’s hard to watch them perform less than their capabilities. I’m already watching film and planning on how to prepare them better for the next game. We had a set of tough losses tonight to Banks and East Jackson.”
