Tammy King

Mrs. Tammy Jane King, age 58, of Pleasant Grove Road, Blairsville, Georgia, passed away April 24, 2022, in Fannin Regional Hospital following an extended illness.

She was born August 6, 1963, in Copperhill, to the late James Earl and Era Sis Cantrell Seabolt. Tammy loved her family especially her grandchildren and also driving the school bus for Union County School System. She was of the Baptist Faith. Tammy was preceded in death by brothers, Charles Seabolt and Larry Seabolt; and a sister-in-law, Cathy Seabolt.

Survivors include her loving husband and best friend, Raymond King, of Blairsville; children, Crystal and John Hall, of Blairsville, and Cord and Tabitha King, of Dalton, Georgia; sisters and brothers, Steve (Lisa Caulder) Seabolt, of Mineral Bluff, Dale and Keith Culberson, of Morganton, Gay and Benny Cross, of Morganton, and Randy and Robin Seabolt, of Ellijay, Georgia; sister-in-law, Alice Seabolt, of Mobile, Georgia; grandchildren, Louanna, Marvin, Isaiah, Camella and Easton; and many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, April 26, 2022, at Mountain View Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jack Cochran and Rev. Gerald Patterson officiating. Music will be by Pleasant Grove Choir and Cord King. Serving as pallbearers were Raymond King, Keith Culberson, Cord King, John Hall, Randy Seabolt and Steve Seabolt. Serving as honorary pallbearers were Dink Garret and Gerald Patterson.

Interment followed in Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. The family received friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.
