The Be Pro Be Proud truck made a visit to the Fannin County High School campus Thursday, November 4, so that Career, Technical, and Agriculture Education (CTAE) students could explore several different career paths.
The stations on the rig were Healthcare, Commercial Truck Driving, Automation and Robotics, Plumbing, Welding, and a Skills Challenge.
Each station offered students the opportunity to learn more about CTAE careers and to test their knowledge and skill level with several challenges.
The truck also had a semi-truck driving simulator so that students could get an idea of what it would be like to be a commercial truck driver.
Whatever stations students explored, it was intended to be a fun, hands-on way that allowed them to discover several CTAE careers at once.
