Members of the Fannin County Senior Center shared memories laughter, and tears with one another as they dedicated the Memory Garden to the seniors who has passed since March of 2020.
Many said kind words of their friends and loved ones. The love was evident as they told stories of the friends they have lost.
The Memory Garden holds memories of these friends and provides a place to honor them in a beautiful way. A stone sits at the front labeling the garden with flowers for decorations, and blocks honoring each that has passed.
A beautiful moment of grief, love, and friendship was shared with the members of the Senior Center as they sang the hymn “In the Garden” together at the end of the dedication.
