  • The House of Representatives Chamber in the state Capitol was filled last Thursday morning when a portrait honoring the late Speaker of the House and 7th District Representative David Ralston was unveiled. The portrait now hangs at the entrance to the Chamber to honor Ralston who served for 13 years as the 73rd Speaker of the House.
