Fannin County High School (FCHS) inducted several students into the National Technical Honor Society (NTHS) via a virtual ceremony Thursday, May 8.
“This year’s class of inductees represents less than 28% of FCHS juniors indicating the level of rigor involved in being selected for membership,” NTHS Sponsor Amy Adams said. “Only students who have achieved a 92 overall grade average throughout their high school years and at least a 93 average in all CTAE classes are eligible for consideration. A faculty must then consider whether these students meets the seven NTHS criteria of skill, honesty, service, responsibility, scholarship, citizenship and leadership. Being selected for membership in the society is one of the greatest honors a student can achieve in high school.”
