The Fannin County community is stepping up to support those affected by the destruction caused by Hurricane Helene in Asheville, North Carolina, by continuing a donation drive for essential supplies.
Hurricane Helene recently caused widespread damage in Western North Carolina, leaving many residents in need of basic necessities. In response, Fannin County residents are encouraged to donate supplies to aid recovery efforts. Donations can be dropped off at Fannin County Emergency Services - Fire Station 1, located at 20 Station Ridge in Blue Ridge. Additionally, many local businesses and churches are also accepting donations to help those impacted by the hurricane.
