Francis Xavier “Frank” Moore was handed a seven year sentence, with one of those to be served behind bars, during a hearing in Fannin County Superior Court Friday, September 19.
Moore was convicted by a jury the previous Friday on one felony count of Terroristic Threats and misdemeanor charges of Public Drunkenness and two counts of Disorderly Conduct.
The remaining six years of the seven year sentence will be served on probation.
