The Fannin County Lady Rebels volleyball team traveled to Murray County Thursday, August 19, for a tri-match against the Murray County Lady Indians and the North Murray Mountaineers.
The Lady Rebels played well but fell to Murray County 2-0 and North Murray 2-1.
Against Murray County, the Lady Rebels battled in the first set, but ultimately fell 25-17 to give the Lady Indians a 1-0 lead.
Fannin tried to claim the second set, but the Lady Indians battled to win 25-19 and win the match 2-0.
The Lady Rebels faced off against North Murray shortly after and both teams battled.
Fannin County fought against the Mountaineers winning one set, but North Murray swiped two sets to win the match 2-1 against the Lady Rebels.
