Fannin County High School student athlete Mazie Goble signed her letter of intent to play soccer at Dalton State College, Tuesday, March 22.
Goble was accompanied by her mother and father at the ceremony. Her father, Shannon Goble, said “I am so proud of her, and it’s a blessing to see her accomplish her dream.”
This past season has been Goble’s first and only season with the Lady Rebels as she transfered over the summer from Elbert County.
Head Coach Nancy Jessen said, “ I am very proud of Mazie and her accomplishments. She has been an asset to the team with a positive attitude, winning spirit and her performance on the field. I wish the best for Mazie next year, and I am excited for what her future holds.”
Goble will join the soccer team following her graduation and plans to further her education and major in nursing at Dalton State College.
