FCMS Lady Rebels volleyball team shines

    The Fannin County Middle School volleyball team has had a great season so far going undefeated in their league. The Lady Rebels started their season in Lumpkin County at their Jamboree. The Lady Rebels swept Lumpkin and Dawson (2-0) each, before tying White County (1-1).

    After the tie the Lady Rebels have not lost a set, winning every game they have played. They have topped Dawson County twice, Clear Creek Middle School twice, White County, Pickens County, and Lumpkin County, winning all matches (2-0). The Lady Rebels middle school volleyball team then played White County Wednesday, September 8. The Lady Rebels did what they have done all season topping White County (2-0), winning the first set 25-13 and the second set 25-21.

    The Lady Rebels middle school team is coached by Randy Hallmark.
