Fannin County Environmental Health has released the scores of recent restaurant health inspections.
Scores ranged from 96 to 100. The following examines ten restaurants that were evaluated between October 28 and November 18.
Papa’s Pizza, 140 Progress Circle, Blue Ridge, received a 99 for dirty walls in the dish washing area.
C-Bolt’s, 644 East Main St., Blue Ridge, Checkers, 6 Windy Ridge Pkwy, Blue Ridge, and Daly’s Grille, 136 Lindsey Ln., Blue Ridge, earned a perfect score.
El Manzanillo, 5679 Appalachian Hwy, Blue Ridge, scored a 96. The inspector noted seeing chips stored between a steam table and cold prep table uncovered, and the dish machine’s sanitizer was not at the proper strength.
HI-5, 2909 Blue Ridge Dr., Blue Ridge, and Mercier Orchards Downtown, 260 West Main St., Blue Ridge, earned a 100.
Serenity Garden Cafe, 657 East Main St., Blue Ridge, scored a 97 for observing doors leading outside being left open with no screen or air curtain.
Sips & Bites, 678 East Main St., Blue Ridge, and Wendy’s, 53 Josh Hall Rd., Blue Ridge, earned a 100.
