Allegations of gang and drug related activities have resulted in charges against two Louisiana men and a Fannin County woman.
A Georgia Bureau of Investigation agent swore out warrants against Thomas Paul Bundrick, 46, of 113 Salsman Street, Lafayette, Louisiana; Maurice Joseph Henry, 42, of 508 Martinez Road, Church Point, Louisiana; and, Lori Sue Andre, 62, of 288 Pounding Mill Creek Road, Morganton.
Bundrick is charged with four counts of felony, participation in criminal gang activity; felony, terroristic threats and acts; felony, aggravated assault; and misdeamor, discharge of firearm on/near public highway.
Andre is charged with three felonies, participation in criminal gang activity, conspiracy to commit a crime, and possession of Schedule I, THC oil.
Henry faces a single felony charge of possession of methamphetamine.
All three were denied bond and remained held in the Fannin County Detention Center last week.
Warrants accuse Bundrick of making threats and discharging a firearm from a motor vehicle and toward a person or persons and into a residence on Idaho Drive October 1. He is also accused of discharging a firearm on Sowers Road the same day. Bundrick identified himself as a member of the criminal street gang, the Bandido Motorcycle Gang.
Andre’s criminal gang activity and conspiracy charges stem from her alleged involvement with Bundrick to commit a crime and locate the victim, according to the warrants. The drug charge came at the time of her arrest.
Bundrick was arrested October 1, 2020, when he was arrested in connection with discharging a firearm from a public road.
Henry’s arrest came when a search warrant was served at the Pounding Mill Road address October 5.
Andre was arrested October 15.
