Renowned jazz artist Joe Gransden and his jazz trio will perform Saturday, February 22, at 7:30 p.m. at the Blue Ridge Community Theater (BRCT).
The performance is a part of BRCT’s Live Music is Better series.
BRCT Production Manager Joseph Nicolella said Gransden, “Renowned first for the hard bop approach of his trumpet, Gransden’s singing voice has been compared to that of Chet Baker and Frank Sinatra.”
Academy Award Winning Actor Clint Eastwood said, “Joe is a young man with an old soul and a classic voice. He is a great new talent with a wonderful sense of humor to boot. And don’t forget, he plays a hell of a trumpet!”
