  • The Humane Society of Blue Ridge cat of the week is Sputnik. She is a one-year-old domestic shorthair. Sputnik had a bit of a hard time getting used to her unfamiliar suite-mates, and although she does well with them now, she is truly over the moon when she is around people. She is usually the first one at the door in the morning, ready to happily greet her visitors. Sputnik is talkative, playful and enjoys having her tummy rubbed. She is spayed, micro-chipped and up to date on her vaccinations. Learn more
