    The Fannin County FFA Alumni Association Youth Fair filled the school system’s Agriculture Facility Saturday, September 17, with competitors, judges, school officials, volunteers and spectators.

    Young people competed with sheep, goats, hogs, poultry and rabbits. The participants and winners, by category, were:

    SHEEP: Abby McFarland, Skylar Gazaway, Addy Mcdermott, and Stella Cotts. First place winners; Abby McFarland, Addy Mcdermott, Skylar Gazaway;

    Goats: Patrick Thomas, Jacob Williams, Samantha Adkins, Abby McFarland, Kaleighann Ware, Claire Wheeler, and Faith Patterson. First place winners; Samantha Adkins, Kaleighann Ware, and Abby McFarland;

    Hogs: Lola Temples, Ana Temples, Trenten Flowers, Cauy Sutton,Owen Norton, Emmie Thomas, Blake Nicholson, Zoe Putnam, Slade Epperson, and Ryan Larson. First place winners; Cauy Sutton, Zoe Putnam, and Emmie Thomas;

    Poultry: CJ Fiorito, Cauy Sutton, Steven Dickey, Morgan Bennett, Lola Temples, Lacey Long, Emmie Thomas, Ana Temples, Trenten Flowers, and Blake Nicholson. First place winners; CJ Fiorito, Production Chickens, and Emmie Thomas, Fancy Chickens;
