Fannin County Board of Commissioners Chairman Jamie Hensley announced that Fannin County Development Authority Executive Director Christie Gribble has listed the Whitepath FabTech building for sale. The announcement came at the commissioners Tuesday, September 28, meeting.
The listing can be found under “Sites and Buildings” on the Fannin County Development authority website.
Hensley explained that the listing includes the 36,000 square foot building and 5.3 acres of prime land located at 118 Industrial Boulevard in Blue Ridge. The property fronts East First Street.
In an email to Hensley, Gribble states she will be sharing the listing with her economic development partners at TVA and Georgia Department of Economic Development and clarifies that the listing is not a MLS real estate listing.
“I just wanted everybody to understand, we have finally moved forward with that,” Hensley said. “If anybody wants to buy it, please let us know.”
