Toccoa River Park upgrades should be complete Friday

  • The expansion of the Toccoa River Park in McCaysville is hoped to be finished by Friday, Police Chief Michael Earley told the city council last week. Besides his normal duties, Earley has been tasked with looking after the improvements that include a new basketball and pickleball court, fencing and moving the historic Veterans Memorial monument.
