Submitted photo Fannin County High School student Gracie Stewart, a member of the Family Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA), scored second in National Leadership Conference competition this past June in the Chapter Website event, where she created a complete website for the local FCCLA chapter. The upcoming 11th grader competed in STAR Events competitions with FCCLA this past school year.
