Rockin’ the Ridge draws nine from Fannin County

    Nine Fannin County youngsters exhibited hogs when the Fannin County FFA Alumni hosted the Rockin’ the Ridge Market Hog Show Saturday, September 24.

    Those nine included:

    •Fannin County Middle School FFA members Lola Temples, Trenten Flowers, Owen Norton, and Cauy Sutton;

    •Fannin County High School FFA members Blake Nicholson, Zoe Putnam, Emmie Thomas, and Slade Epperson; and,

    •Fannin County 4-H member Ana Temples.

    The livestock show was held at the Fannin County School System Agriculture Facility and was open to any exhibitor in Georgia.

    Agriculture teacher and FFA Advisor Seth Davis said all the Fannin County students “competed well.”
