Downtown Development Authority (DDA) board member Nichole Potzauf said that there is a “slight delay based on questions from city management and council” regarding signage coming to downtown Blue Ridge. She made rthe comment in Monday night’s DDA meeting, April 4.
The DDA is currently using Signal Signs for the project.
Blue Ridge Councilwoman Angie Arp suggested that Potzauf should reach out to City Administrator Eric Soroka over concerns of what the signs look like. According to Arp, other council members had been questioning the signage appearance.
Potzauf was quick to respond stating, “we have communicated recently.”
She also claimed to have spoken with Signal Signs and would be planning a meeting later with the city administrator to move forward.
