Donald Paul Reustle was arrested last week by Fannin County Sheriff’s Office investigators on five felony charges of Distributing Material Depicting Nudity or Sexual Conduct.
Reustle, 45, of 175 Mountainside Drive, Blue Ridge, was taken into custody Tuesday, April 19.
Wednesday, April 20, he was still jailed under a $25,000 bond.
According to warrants sworn out by Investigator John Arp, Reustle left pictures of male genitals at three different locations on five separate occasions.
Pictures were left three times at the Dollar General on Damascus Circle, once at the Dollar General in Mineral Bluff and once at CVS Pharmacy in Blue Ridge.
The warrants said that March 29 a picture was left on a freight an employee was unloading at the Dollar General on Damascus Circle.
A photo was left in an aisle of the Dollar General in Mineral Bluff that same day.
A photo was left under Easter items at the Dollar General on Damascus Circle April 2.
A photo was found on the floor of the Dollar General on Damascus Circle April 2.
April 9 a photo was left under Easter items at CVS Pharmacy in Blue Ridge.
None of the unsolicited photos Reustle is accused of placing in the businesses were in an envelope or container as required by state law, the warrants said.
All the photos were discovered by employees or customers, Arp said.
