Vance Collins, one of Fannin County's newest firefighters, explains the workings of a fire engine to his sister, Jonnah. While this demonstration was not part of the class conducted for public officials, it was another example of how firefighters reach out to the public, family and friends alike, to explain everything that is included in their efforts.
